Emote Restrictions in Embarkation

Dear Passengers & Crew,

Following feedback from yourselves, we have decided to remove all restrictions for using standard emotes in Embarkation Starboard.

Basically, if you've been awarded emotes due to promotions, you are free to use them all in Starboard without limit :)
