We are, in the coming week, looking to appoint more assistant navigators.

We need chatters that have excellent communication skills, know a lot about chat have lots of patience & are eager to learn more.

To be eligible you must be at least 16 years old, ranked at least midshipman, have been registered with Lycos for a minimum of 6 months on the profile you are applying on & have completed all the chat quests. Should you wish to be considered and you are someone that hasn't been on the chat for 6 months or are not at the rank of midshipman feel free to approach one of the Chiefs, we lifted those two restrictions a while ago to try and reach a broader spectrum.

You will note the site requires you to give certain information such as rank, gender, date of birth & favourite room. It is essential you fill this out correctly & with the true information. Should you not do so, you will find your application to take the exam rejected.

It is also important you register with a valid email address & correct chat name as this is where details of acceptance & opening of the actual exam are sent. If you make a mistake with this, you will not get the information you need.

This time round, the registration option will be open until 21:00 Monday 10th February 2014.

We will then shipmail those accepted with further details.
