Dear Passengers and Crew,
Over the last week we appear to have a growing number of technical problems which we sincerely apologise for. We are working exceptionally hard to fix these bugs, however when we fix some, another bug appears.
We are currently aware of 4 major bugs:
1) Google Chrome (V32 and V33) chatters get signed out of their chat client IF they close all of their community pages. In the mean time, please keep at least one community page open to combat this problem.
2) Chatters on almost ALL browsers get a "null" or "undefined" message in their typing bar when they login.
3) Google Chrome (v32 and V33) chatters occasionally freeze or get a "kill page" message.
4) Chatters using iPads are unable to see the chat room when they sign in.
We are battling very hard to fix these issues which were predominately caused by an update by Google to the Chrome browser. We believe that this evening, we have fixed the two issues highlighted in GREEN (issue 3 and 4).
If you still suffer with those issues highlighted in green, please submit a support ticket HERE describing your problem. This will help us find out why you are affected, and help us fix it.
In addition to this, we hope to have issue 2, highlighted in RED, fixed by tomorrow lunch time.
