Dear Passengers and Crew,

We have this evening released another update in addition to our one a couple of days ago. This should fix almost all of the issues that have been reported with Internet Explorer 11 over the last few days.

Please be aware, at the moment, we are still having issues with IE10. If you are an Internet Explorer user it is therefore recommended that you upgrade to IE11. You can do that from the link below.

Compatible browsers with the chat are now as follows:

Google Chrome (recommended for Windows users) - Download
Safari (recommended for Mac users) - Download
Internet Explorer 11 - Download or Upgrade from IE10
Firefox - Download
Opera - Download

We will continue working on a fix for Internet Explorer 10, but for instant gratification, please upgrade to the latest version. Alternatively, ensure that Compatibility Mode is OFF. You can see how to do this HERE. If you use any other browser, this will not be a problem :)
