Dear Passengers and Crew,
We are aware that people using Google Chrome are having issues and getting the message 'missing plugin' when trying to sign in.
We have been made aware that this is actually a problem with Google Chrome itself after the latest update of the browser and that Google are trying to fix the issue.
In the meantime, you can workaround the problem by doing the following:
1. Signing in as normal.
2. Wait for the message 'missing plugin' to appear.
3. Look in the address bar, it will say chat.lycos.co.uk/...numbers...letters
4. Simply remove EVERYTHING after the forward slash, so all you're left with is chat.lycos.co.uk.
5. Hit enter and your chat will load as normal.
