When we took over, we made certain promises to you, one of those was to increase the stability of the chat product and to make investments in it.  We intend to honour those promises and are therefore upgrading all of our servers during the next two weeks.
 
There will be a small amount of downtime involved with this, however you are free to visit any of our sister chats while yours is down.
