Dear Passengers,

 

 

If you are using Facebook as your primary way to login to Chat, you are perhaps experiencing some difficulties. This is due to some changes Facebook has made recently, also when it comes to access tokens.

 

To sort this, please login as usual (username + password) and then go to:

https://uk.lycoschat.com/logbook/Settings/LoginProviders.aspx 

(if you don't know your password anymore, please use the 'forgot password' link).

 

Once on this link, please click 'remove Facebook login link' and then click on 'link to Facebook login'. When this is done, you should be able to login via Facebook again. 

 

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask any of our Navigators (press F2 for a list of On Duty Navigators).
