Dear Passengers and Crew,

We have today pushed a release to the chat that includes a few shipmail improvements and some bug fixes. These are:

- The inbox, and more notably the outbox, now load significantly faster.
- New graphics have been added to the inbox categorising the type of mail (friend, navigator, premium purchase, bot, support & deleted).
- On duty navigators can see sent & received shipmails from/to chatters who have them on ignore, for navigating purposes.
- Shipmails from deactivated chatters no longer show in your inbox (this helps if a chatter has been spamming shipmails).
- Navigators can still see the hidden shipmails from deactivated chatters.
- The 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons on shipmails, logbooks and news archive now work correctly.
- The Merchandise shop has been removed.

In addition to this, to prevent the spam of shipmail, new restrictions have been put in place:

- For chatters under the rank of VIP Passenger Level 4 (21), only 1 shipmail can be sent a day.
- For chatters above this beginner rank, up to 10 shipmails can be sent a day.
- Any chatter that has either the 'Multiple Shipmail', 'Sapphire' or 'Diamond' premium package can send up to 250 shipmails a day. 

We also told you a few weeks ago that we were working to bring you two brand new premium packages (with completely new features). These have been slightly delayed, as we've decided to spruce up the Chat Shop at the same time to make multiple purchases easier, allow us to issue voucher codes and allow you to add gift messages. We hope to bring you this release soon.
