'You are not authorised'

Dear Passengers and Crew,

We are aware that some of you have been receiving a message saying that "You are not authorised to view this content" when trying to load up the chat client.

We sincerely apologise for this and have just pushed out an urgent fix which should stop the problem. Should you still suffer from this point onwards, please contact a navigator.
