Google Chrome login issues

Dear Passengers and Crew,

We have had several reports from passengers using Google Chrome to sign into the chat, that they are having issues and getting the message 'missing plugin'.

At this time, we are unaware why this is happening but we are looking into it straight away and hopefully will find a solution soon.
