A small change to shipmail functionality

Hi there happy chatters!

We have pushed a small change to the way you compose/send shipmails from the chat.

You will remember that historically they used to display on the left hand side each as an individual link.  We have now made it easier for you by creating tabs running side by side once you click the shipmail link from the button on the left.

If you have received new mail it will still display in a bracket on the left same as before. 

The change is already live and ready to use, hopefully this makes things easier for navigating the shipmail boxes.
