We've changed the maximum rank for Embarkation Starboard to Warrant Officer. This is to encourage chatters to look around the ship and perhaps use rooms where the theme is more appropriate to the style of chat that our veteran chatters enjoy.

 

The minimum rank for this room has also changed and is now Crew Member Level 3.

 

Of course, Diamond Chat Package owners can use any rank restricted room.
