As I'm sure you are all aware there has been some issues over the last couple of days that have prevented some of you from logging in.

 

The issue was to do with Lycos globally and was affecting all it's domains, due to a DNS issue.

 

Chat was working fine through out this whole period, but due to the DNS issues the normal lycos.co.uk domain was not working for most of you.  You could still have logged in via uk.lycoschat.com which we posted about on facebook and twitter.

 

We suggest you bookmark uk.lycoschat.com so that in the future, should there be a similar issue, you will still be able to enter chat.
