Dear Passengers and Crew,

Thank you for your recent patience while we've had compatibility problems with the Google Chrome browser. 

Google Chrome Users Only: Chrome have now updated their browser which should fix the freezing and kill page issue. You MUST UPDATE your Chrome browser if you're a windows user, this should stop your chat freezing. You can do this by typing chrome://help/ in your address bar and then clicking the update button. Once you've updated, simply close your Chrome browser and re-open it. You'll then be free to chat again without freezing any further.

All browsers: In addition to this, we have now fixed an issue which caused a "null" and "undefined" message to appear in your typing bar.

If you have any further problems with these two issues, please submit a support ticket HERE or contact a navigator within the chat by pressing F2.
