Dear Passengers and Crew

We have just released a new version of the chat.  In it, we have fixed most of the IE11 bugs.  As a result, those users who have turned on their compatibility settings may not be able to log in.

If you are affected by this, please change the setting to disable this mode and then try again.  We've just been told about the shipmail bug in IE11 and will get that fixed in the next day or so too :)
