Dear Passengers and Crew,

The Chiefs and ChatTeam have recently asked for your views on the chat and how we can make small changes to make your chatting experience better. This was conducted on Facebook and by asking questions in the busy rooms.

It was felt by many chatters of the busy rooms (mainly 40 plus) that in the evenings, there were simply too many chatters in this room making the flow of chat too fast. Also, having tonnes of chatters in 40 plus, meant some of the other popular dating rooms have had dwindling numbers.

Therefore, following on from feedback we have made the following changes:

- 40 plus: Max chatter limit reduced from 200 down to 100.
- Embarkation: Max rank limit reduced from Steward Level 5 to Steward.

These new limits are on a trial basis and may well change in the future.
