  It has been discovered that there was a bug during the launch of the PayPal Payment method for Premium Packages.
 
This meant that anyone who purchased a membership during the first 24 hours of launch on 22nd February received an activation date in March.
 
The bug has now been fixed but anyone who purchased a membership during this period and it didnt work will need to contact a Chief Navigator to have their package manually activated.
 
We do apologise for this inconvenience.
